The Surf Longevity Audit
The Surf Longevity AuditBefore we train, we measure. The Audit is a deep-dive, 2-hour intervention where we analyze your joint stability, cardiovascular capacity, and key biomarkers based on Medicine 3.0 principles. We identify your 'energy leaks' and injury risks to design the exact protocol your body needs to remain high-performing for decades.

Neuromuscular Engineering
Calibrating your movement patterns to maximize physical autonomy and performance throughout the Marginal Decade.
The Longevity Performance Protocol
-
The Athletic Engine (Physical Training)
- Zone 2 & VO2 Max Training: Specific cardiovascular conditioning to ensure your heart and lungs can handle long sessions and heavy hold-downs.
- Strength & Hypertrophy: Targeted resistance training to maintain muscle mass and bone density, the ultimate insurance policy for the aging surfer.
- Functional Power: Explosive training designed for the "pop-up" and critical turns, maintaining fast-twitch muscle fibers.
High-Performance Recovery
- Sleep Architecture: Engineering your recovery environment to maximize hormonal response and physical repair.
- Breathwork & Heat/Cold Exposure: Specific protocols to manage the nervous system and accelerate recovery between sessions.
-
Structural Integrity (The Stability Lab)
- Injury Prevention: Advanced biomechanical drills to protect joints and spine from long-term oceanic impact.
- Neuromuscular Calibration: Using dry-land tools to program the stability required for the "Marginal Decade."
Biological Monitoring & Data

FAQ
What is the difference between surf lessons & surf coaching program?
The surf coaching program follows a structured approach, focusing on developing ocean awareness, surfing skills, physical and mental strength, and includes surf skate training to help you become a more independent surfer. In contrast, surf lessons are more casual and geared toward one-time or recreational experiences, with less emphasis on the broader aspects of surfing as a sport.
When does the course start & finish ?
The course is 10 hours(core hours + additional surf gym training) which can be completed in 4-5 days depending on wave conditions/ your trip schedule..
Why Uluwatu, Bali?
Uluwatu, located on the southwestern tip of Bali’s Bukit Peninsula, is a dramatic and scenic destination known for its towering limestone cliffs, panoramic ocean views, luxury villas, and world-class surf breaks. It's quieter and more exclusive compared to other parts of Bali, offering a blend of natural beauty, cultural richness, and upscale relaxation.
How to get to Uluwatu upon arrival ?
Uluwatu is around 25km south from Ngurah Rai International Airport, Denpasar. It is about 45-60 minutes by car. You can arrange Private transfer or use ride-hailing apps like Gojek or Grab.
What if I have an injury ?
Absolutely, we welcome students with previous injuries-but your safety and long-term health are our top priorities. Before joining the program, we strongly recommend you:
- Consult with your doctor or physiotherapist about your specific injury. A healthcare professional can assess your current condition and advise on any limitations or precautions you should take
- Let us know about your injury in advance.
- Listen to your body and don’t push through pain. Prioritize gradual progression.
- Focus on injury prevention and rehabilitation. Our program can incorporate warm-ups, mobility, and strength exercises that support your recovery and help prevent further injury
I don’t have a surfboard, can I still join the course?
Yes, you can still join the course even if you don’t have a surfboard. We will keep in contact before the start of your course & look after you :)
What if I have a fear of ocean from past experiences ?
Overcoming fear of the ocean is a valid fear, & that’s exactly where the mental coaching part of our program shines. By pairing mindset training with surf-specific physical exercises, we’ll guide you step by step to build confidence and gradually push past your fears in the water. Our supportive approach is designed to help you feel safe, empowered, and enjoy surfing again-even if past experiences have made you anxious. You’re not alone, and we’re here to help you rediscover the joy of surfing at your own pace.
